Today, our farmers continue to utilize the outdoor grazing system for milk production, with grass forming the predominant part of the cow’s diet. This sustainable, natural production process has additional benefits, particularly when it comes to our butter, which has a soft, spreadable texture.
Butter is famous for its rich yellow color, creamy texture and superb taste. An increasing number of studies are also demonstrating that grass fed butter not only spreads and tastes better, but it is also better for you, with higher levels of conjugated linoleic acids (CLAs), Vitamin A , Beta carotene and Omega 3.
We have a long history of processing butter. Remaining at the heart of our business, we have a wealth of experience across salted and unsalted butter, sweet cream butter and lactic butter. we also have experience in the manufacture of anhydrous milk fat (AMF), butter oil fractions and technical butter.
